TCAP – One Dog & A Blog<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nTCAP (The Cummins Accountability Project) began in a small room with a big problem: a global company getting away with too much, for too long. I\u2019m Lee Thompson, a former low level Cummins employee, dismissed under the shadow of disability discrimination and a corporate cover-up overseen by senior figures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alongside Oscar, the dog who\u2019s seen it all \u2014 grievances, falsified legal submissions, lying witnesses, and the passive aggressive HR posturing that brought torment and anguish during a mental health crisis \u2014 we started this site not just to fight back, but to shine a light on what Cummins kept quiet. And there\u2019s a lot Cummins wants to keep quiet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TCAP.blog is part investigation, part testimony, part protest, and not least, part poetic middle finger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019re not lawyers. We\u2019re not influencers. We\u2019re just one dog and a blog, and we\u2019re not done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
